My Saipan really loves this toy; he loves to carry it around in his mouth. He’s having a blast playing with it!

I just have to leave a positive review for this store. My package was supposed to arrive quickly, but the shipping status never updated. The seller took the initiative to email me and let me know that the package might have been lost, and then immediately sent me a replacement. They also said that if the original package is found later, they’ll send it to me as compensation. So now I have two of them.

I don't usually order from smaller online stores, so I wasn't sure how to track my package after placing the order. I emailed support and honestly expected to wait a day or two, but they replied much faster than I thought. They explained exactly where to find the tracking updates and even attached a screenshot showing me what to click. It made everything really easy. The customer service felt personal instead of just sending an automated reply. The ball arrived a few days later and worked perfectly.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. I've bought more expensive ones before, and I've bought cheaper ones too, but in terms of materials, this one is a bit better than both.

If your dog gets excited easily, I recommend using “Wild Mode” outdoors. My dog, Xiao Jin, really loves this mode, but indoors, he got so excited that he almost knocked over a chair—he was chasing a toy at the time. Now we use “Gentle Mode” indoors and save “Wild Mode” for the backyard. Both modes work great depending on where we’re playing.

This has been a great product for a long time—especially on rainy days, when it helps burn off Kai’s energy without having to leave the house.

Perfect for World Cup season! My dog has his own “soccer match” while I watch mine. He absolutely loves it!
