We like it, but our 4 cats not so much. We haven’t seen them go near it since we got it and it’s full every-tine go to refill or clean it.
Any suggestions to get them drinking from it?
It’s true that a small number of cats may experience this, but there’s no need to worry. Simply place the water dispenser where your cat usually drinks, set the original water bowl on top of it, and wait until your cat gets used to it before removing the bowl. This is the method we use most often. Usually, it takes about three days for your cat to adjust.
You can also place the original water bowl next to the water dispenser and gradually reduce how often you use it to help your cat adjust.
